They were having fun, but it was cold! I'm glad they were able to laugh, have fun, and just be kids. And trust me...they were dirty!I remember getting all dirty in the pond at Aunt Ardis' house. And I was young. So I hope even my younger kids remember this.
Luke and Jaeger were the first to retreat to the warmth of the house, then Lucy and then Owen.
The very next day...Jaeger came down with a fever!
